Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the BudHub platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Age and Identification
You must be exactly 21 years of age or older to place an order. You agree to digitally pre-verify your age during checkout and, crucially, to physically present the exact same valid, government-issued photo ID to the delivery agent at your door. Failure to produce a valid ID will result in order cancellation and a potential restocking fee.
Delivery Restrictions
Per state law, BudHub only delivers to residential addresses within permitted Massachusetts municipalities. You explicitly agree that your provided address is a residential dwelling. We are strictly prohibited from delivering to hotels, college dormitories, federal housing, or out-of-state addresses. BudHub reserves the right to cancel any order flagged as non-residential.
